Tylan Wallace Questionable For AFC Championship

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Tylan Wallace (knee) is listed as questionable for the AFC Championship on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Wallace missed practice on Wednesday and was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday, giving him a chance to suit up this weekend. The 24-year-old is primarily a contributor for the Ravens on special teams, so if he is able to play against the Chiefs, he won't be anywhere near the fantasy radar for DFS lineups. During the 2023 regular season, Wallace had just one catch for 11 yards on two targets. Wallace did not play in last week's Divisional Round win over the Houston Texans.

Mark Andrews Removed From Final Injury Report

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews (ankle) was a full practice participant all week and was removed from the team's final injury report for the AFC Championship game on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Andrews was officially activated from Injured Reserve on Friday as well and will play this weekend for the first time since fracturing his fibula and suffering ligament damage in his left ankle in Week 11. The 28-year-old has been quarterback Lamar Jackson's favorite target when healthy, but there's a good chance Andrews will be on a snap count after such a long layoff, making him pretty risky for DFS lineups at his $5,000 DraftKings price tag. Isaiah Likely, who broke out with Andrews sidelined, is the better play at a slightly cheaper cost ($4,300).

Mark Andrews Activated From IR, Likely To Be On Pitch Count

The Baltimore Ravens officially activated tight end Mark Andrews (ankle) from Injured Reserve on Friday, meaning he will be active for Sunday's AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Andrews hasn't played since he fractured his fibula and suffered ligament damage in his left ankle on Nov. 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals, but the 28-year-old Pro Bowl tight returned to practice last week and has been practicing in full. In Andrews' place, Isaiah Likely has broken out as one of quarterback Lamar Jackson's go-to targets, catching 23 passes for 356 yards and six touchdowns in seven games. There's no pass-catcher that Jackson trusts more than Andrews, though, but he'll probably be on a pitch count of some sort against KC, making him hard to trust for DFS fantasy lineups. Baltimore's offense isn't as dependent on Andrews as they've been in the past.

Tylan Wallace Limited On Thursday

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Tylan Wallace (knee) was a limited participant during Thursday's practice session. This looks to be a step in the right direction after Wallace sat out during last weekend's win over the Houston Texans. The limited session gives us hope that Wallace will be able to play against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. The 24-year-old doesn't bring much to the table in the receiving game but is a valuable player on special teams.

Chiefs Sign Anthony Miller To Futures Deal

The Kansas City Chiefs signed free-agent wide receiver Anthony Miller to a Reserve/Futures deal on Wednesday. Miller will be a long shot to return to NFL action with Kansas City. The 29-year-old has not appeared in an NFL game since 2021, when he had just six catches on 12 targets for 25 yards and one touchdown in three games with the Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers. Miller was taken in the second round of the 2018 draft out of Memphis and had seven touchdown receptions in his rookie season, but after that it was all downhill. He caught 101 passes for 1,141 yards and four touchdowns in 2019 and 2020 before jumping around the NFL with several different teams. Miller will be competing for a roster spot with the Chiefs in training camp and the preseason.
