Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (hamstring, knee) returned from a two-game absence for the Week 18 meeting with the Titans. He finished with six catches (nine targets) for 47 yards. However, it was enough, as the Jags couldn't beat the Titans to earn a postseason berth. Nevertheless, Jones struggled with various injuries and underwhelming play throughout the 2023-24 campaign. Although Trevor Lawrence didn't help make things easy for Jones, fantasy managers were still disappointed with how things ended. At any rate, he's not a lock to be back in Jacksonville next season. However, Lawrence must turn things around if Jones hopes to be a week-to-week fantasy option in 2024-25.
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Zach Pascal (hamstring) is officially active for Week 18 versus the Seattle Seahawks. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Nevertheless, he has caught just four passes for 19 yards this season and remains off the fantasy radar. Look for rookie Michael Wilson and Greg Dortch to operate as the Cardinals' top wide receivers while tight end Trey McBride and running back James Conner also handle key pass-catching roles.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (hamstring, knee), who was questionable to play on Sunday, is officially active for the Week 18 regular season finale against the Tennessee Titans on the road in a must-win game. Jones will return following a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury and should have a significant role now that we know Christian Kirk (groin) isn't going to play. Still, the 28-year-old could have his snaps monitored, which makes him a pretty risky DFS play. Jones has only played in eight games this year, mainly due to a knee injury, and he's cobbled together 28 catches for 274 yards and two touchdowns on 55 targets. However, in three games before his injury with Kirk sidelined, he was targeted a healthy 30 times and caught 15 of them for 166 yards and no touchdowns.
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch has hauled in nine of his 12 targets for 74 yards and a touchdown over his last two games. With Marquise Brown (heel) on Injured Reserve, Dortch remains a consideration in deep fantasy leagues or DFS tournaments. The 25-year-old has been a factor in Arizona's offense since the return of Kyler Murray, and Michael Wilson and Rondale Moore have failed to establish themselves as legitimate target-earners out wide. The Seattle Seahawks have allowed the 12th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this year, so Dortch has a path to upside with heavy target volume and an end zone snag.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (knee, hamstring) is expected to play in Week 18 versus the Tennessee Titans, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He had been listed as questionable after logging three consecutive limited practices. The wide receiver's fantasy value will heavily depend on the statuses of Trevor Lawrence (right shoulder) and Christian Kirk (groin). He could certainly rank as a fantasy WR3, but only if his starting quarterback is available and he's the No. 2 receiver behind Calvin Ridley.
