Dallas Mavericks center Maxi Kleber (toe) is available ahead of Saturday's game against the Sacramento Kings. He was listed as questionable coming into this game, but he'll ultimately suit up. The expectation is that Kleber will serve as the backup center to Dereck Lively II during Saturday's game. There probably won't be enough minutes available for Kleber to be worth looking at in most fantasy formats.
Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber (toe) has been listed as probable for the team's Friday night contest against the Atlanta Hawks. Kleber missed a big stretch of games due to the same toe issue but has been able to battle through any pain over the last five games. While he hasn't been starting, he's been playing north of 20 minutes a night and has been able to contribute a bit in points, rebounds, and blocks. Kleber hasn't returned to full fantasy relevance yet, he's more of a deep-league asset, but if he continues to ramp up to more and more minutes, he could be a solid source of defensive stats and boards. As he plays more, that's also going to cut into the minutes of Grant Williams and Richaun Holmes.
Dallas Mavericks forward/center Maxi Kleber (toe) has been listed as questionable for Saturday's matchup against the Pelicans. The Mavericks have been without him since Nov. 8, but Kleber was upgraded to doubtful ahead of Thursday's clash with the Knicks, and with him being upgraded again ahead of the weekend, it looks like Kleber's return to the court isn't far away anymore. He's made only five appearances this season, registering 3.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in 18.0 minutes. Kleber isn't expected to impact things in fantasy basketball.
Dallas Mavericks forward/center Maxi Kleber (toe) is listed as doubtful for Thursday's matchup against the Knicks. He's been out since Nov. 8, and it seems unlikely Kleber will return on Thursday. The German is recovering from a right small toe dislocation. Before getting hurt, Kleber managed to make only five appearances for the Mavericks, posting 3.4 points and 4.2 rebounds. He's never been a reliable fantasy piece, although Dallas could really use an extra big body right now, as Dereck Lively II (ankle) has also run into health issues.
