Washington Wizards forward/center Marvin Bagley III (knee) will not be in the lineup on Thursday against Charlotte. He sprained his right knee against Oklahoma City on Monday, and it's not fully clear when Bagley II will be able to return to action. Washington's frontcourt also remains without Kyle Kuzma (ribs) on Thursday. The returning Alex Sarr (back) should have a busy night against the Hornets, along with Jonas Valanciunas, who racked up 12 points, 16 rebounds, and a pair of blocks on Monday.

With Alex Sarr (back) absent on Monday, Bagley III was back in the rotation and performed well before making a premature exit. The 25-year-old finished with seven points, six rebounds, one assist, and one steal across 16 minutes of action. Further tests will reveal the severity of Bagley III's injury, but it looked a pretty bad one and might leave him on the shelf for quite some time.

It looks like the Wizards have decided to shake up their starting five and give Bagley a bigger look. It's worth noting that Bagley has played nine minutes or less in every game this season. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect much from Bagley in this one considering he has barely played. Jonas Valanciunas will come off the bench, but is the much better streaming option between the two ahead of this game.

On Friday, since Richaun Holmes (toe) is questionable, the safer streaming option would be Anthony Gill for big-man stats, but he's an overall risky option.
