The Milwaukee Bucks announced that Milwaukee Bucks guard/forward Khris Middleton (ankles) has been cleared to play against the Toronto Raptors on Friday. The 33-year-old veteran forward has played 16 games so far this season since making his debut on Dec. 6 after having offseason surgery on both ankles. In his last outing, he collected 14 points, two rebounds, six assists, and two steals coming off the bench against the Magic on Wednesday.
Milwaukee Bucks guard/forward Khris Middleton (ankle) has drawn a probable tag for the Friday night matchup with the Toronto Raptors. The veteran has played in 16 games so far this season while he gets periodic rest days for his ankle after the off-season surgeries. He's averaging 12.6 points, 4.9 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.4 threes across 23.4 minutes per game. Middleton is a solid fantasy asset in category leagues as long as there's an IR spot available for his off days. Gary Trent Jr. (hip) is also considered probable, so he might not see as much usage in this contest.
Milwaukee Bucks small forward Khris Middleton (ankle) will rejoin the action against Orlando on Wednesday. He is available again after sitting out the first leg of a back-to-back on Tuesday versus Sacramento. Middleton will remain a member of the second unit on Wednesday. He has averaged 11.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 4.0 assists in 22.7 minutes since being relegated to the bench. Orlando allows the fewest bench points in the league, making this a potentially tricky matchup for Middleton. However, he did reasonably well against the same opponent last week, scoring 11 points on 5-for-10 shooting and posting three rebounds with four assists.
Milwaukee Bucks small forward Khris Middleton (ankle) will not play in Tuesday's game against Sacramento. He has been ruled out for bilateral ankle injury management purposes. Tuesday's matchup marks the start of a back-to-back for the NBA Cup champions, so Middleton will likely be active again on Wednesday against Orlando. Bobby Portis, AJ Green, and Gary Trent Jr. (hip) will play larger roles off the bench with Middleton out, although the latter might also miss the contest.
Milwaukee Bucks small forward Khris Middleton (ankle) is expected to suit up on Sunday versus the Knicks, with the team listing him as probable for the game. Middleton was out on Monday against Toronto due to ankle tendinitis but has been a regular in the lineup following his season debut in December. Since returning to action, Middleton has come off the bench, averaging 9.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists. He may have a bit more success on Sunday, as the Knicks allow the ninth-most bench points in the league.
