According to Philip Rossman-Reich of OrlandoMagicDaily.com, Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs (ankle) is available to suit up against the Celtics. Suggs is having a solid season, averaging career-highs in points (16.0), rebounds (4.2), assists (3.9), and steals (1.5). The 23-year-old suffered an ankle injury in Thursday's loss to the Thunder and didn't play on Saturday against the Heat. With Franz Wagner(oblique),Paolo Banchero(oblique), andMoritz Wagner(knee) sidelined, the Magic are desperate to get Suggs back in the lineup. He will have plenty of scoring opportunities against the Celtics with so many of his teammates out of action.
Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs (ankle) is questionable for Monday's meeting with the visiting Celtics. Suggs has had a productive 2024-25 campaign, averaging career-highs in points (16.0), rebounds (4.2), assists (3.9), and steals (1.5). He suffered an ankle injury in Thursday's loss to OKC and wasn't on the floor for Saturday's win over the Miami Heat. With Franz Wagner (oblique), Paolo Banchero (oblique), and Moritz Wagner (knee) sidelined, the team needs Suggs back in the lineup. But if he's not out there on Monday night, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Goga Bitadze should continue to benefit, making them the safest fantasy options. However, Cole Anthony, who had 35 points against Miami, will be a popular streaming option if Suggs remains out.
The Orlando Magic announced that guardJalen Suggs (ankle) will not suit up against the Miami Heat on Saturday due to an ankle injury he suffered against OKC on Thursday. He was probable on Orlando's initial injury report but was downgraded to questionable, and he is now officially out. With the 23-year-old sidelined, Anthony Black will likely start. Cory JosephandCole Anthony could also see more action coming off the bench against the Heat.
Orlando Magic guardJalen Suggs(ankle) is listed as probable for Saturday's matchup with Miami. On Thursday versus OKC, Suggs posted nine points, five boards, two blocks, and one steal. But he only lasted 17 minutes before head coach Jamahl Mosley yanked him from the game due to a sprained ankle. Luckily for fantasy managers and the Magic, it looks like Suggs avoided a serious injury and should be ready to go against the Heat, barring any setbacks before tip-off.
Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs (ankle) exited Thursday's game against OKC. He did not return. Suggs had nine points, five boards, two blocks, and one steal. But he only lasted 17 minutes before getting pulled from the game by head coach Jamahl Mosley due to a sprained ankle. He'll likely undergo further testing.
