Philadelphia 76ers center Andre Drummond (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Friday's game against the Orlando Magic. Drummond sat out of Wednesday's game due to an illness and is in danger of missing his second straight game. The good news is that Joel Embiid is back in the mix, but he's not at full speed yet. That means, Guerschon Yabusele could see significant minutes if Drummond is unable to play on Friday. Yabusele finished with 10 points and nine rebounds in 30 minutes of action on Wednesday. He's worth a look as a streaming option if Drummond misses another game.
Philadelphia 76ers center Andre Drummond (illness) isn't available for Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers. The veteran had been starting while Joel Embiid was sidelined. But with Embiid back on the floor for Tuesday's loss to the Knicks, Drummond had only five points and four rebounds in 18 minutes. With Embiid resting on Wednesday, Guerschon Yabusele should be considered a must-start in all fantasy setups, even more so with Tyrese Maxey (hamstring) and Paul George (rest) out as well.
Philadelphia 76ers centerAndre Drummond (illness) is listed as questionable versus the Cleveland Cavaliers due to an illness on Wednesday. The 31-year-old veteran has averaged 9.8 points and 8.2 rebounds in 22.5 minutes in the last five contests. The 76ers front court will miss Drummond's presence if he's unable to suit up, especially with Joel Embiid (knee) and Paul George (knee) being held out for rest. If Drummond cannot go, Kelly Oubre Jr., Jared McCain, Guerschon Yabusele, and Caleb Martin may see their roles increase.
Philadelphia 76ers center Andre Drummond will start on Wednesday night versus Milwaukee. Joel Embiid (knee) won't suit up for at least three games, so Drummond may see plenty of time in the middle for the foreseeable future. The 31-year-old was dominant in 10 starts with the Bulls last season, averaging 14.1 points, 17.9 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, and 1.1 steals. As a result, Drummond should be featured in any fantasy lineup imaginable. There's also room for Guerschon Yabusele to get involved enough to warrant starting consideration in deeper fantasy setups.
Chicago Bulls center Andre Drummond appears ready to move on from the Windy City in the summer. According to Joe Cowley of The Chicago Sun-Times, Drummond is looking for a new team. The veteran big man will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason after completing a two-year, $6.56 million deal in Chicago. Drummond has been a serviceable backup big for the Bulls, averaging 7.3 points and 7.9 rebounds in 15.1 minutes during his stay. The best days are behind Drummond, but he remains a strong rebounder and should help fantasy managers again in the department wherever he lands for the upcoming campaign.
