Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson put up his worst game of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. Despite the down week, Jackson put up around 15 fantasy points depending on league settings, and it was only his second week finishing as a QB2. In Week 12, the Ravens go on the road to face the Los Angeles Chargers who allow 16.5 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. The Ravens have a 3-3 record on the road this season, but Jackson has thrown 14 touchdowns compared to one interception, and 263.3 yards per game. While the Chargers have a solid defense, Jackson and company should be able to get back on track in primetime.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson continued his struggles against the AFC North-rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday in Week 11. No matter either team's record, the Steelers and Ravens rivalry is always a battle. In the close loss, Jackson mustered 207 yards, one touchdown, and one interception on 16-for-33 passing while adding four carries for 46 yards. Jackson and company couldn't find a rhythm from the start, while the Steelers' defensive line made sure he felt their presence. The reigning MVP will look to bounce back in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has picked apart almost every team in the NFL throughout his career. One team, however, has been a constant thorn in his side and it happens to be their biggest rival the Pittsburgh Steelers. In six career games against them, he has a 2-4 record and has accumulated 870 yards, four touchdowns, and seven interceptions on 78-for-132 throwing with 262 yards on 53 carries. While he has struggled mightily against them, he remains a must-start fantasy asset because he's never faced them with as good of an offense as this one. His potential is always through the roof, but he could end up as a low-end QB1 since he has never scored more than 17 fantasy points against the Steelers.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (knee, rest) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice while being rested due to a minor knee injury. There's really nothing to see here. Jackson will be just fine for a big divisional contest this Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a team he has struggled against in his career. The 27-year-old is coming off a 290-yard, four-touchdown performance in the one-point win over the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals last Thursday night. Jackson is currently the front-runner for a second straight MVP award and is the QB1 in overall fantasy scoring through 10 weeks. In his last four games, Jackson has thrown 14 touchdowns and no interceptions, and he's had three games with at least four touchdown passes. The matchup isn't great against Pittsburgh, but Jackson needs to be locked into all fantasy lineups in Week 11.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is 1-3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Ravens' Week 11 opponent, and 17-5 against the other AFC North teams. The Steelers are the only team against which Jackson has thrown more interceptions (seven) than touchdowns (four). Pittsburgh has won seven of its last eight meetings against the Ravens. Despite the poor showings against the division rival, Jackson is leading a Ravens offense that ranks first in total yards (440.2) and points (31.8), making him the front-runner to win the MVP award for the second straight year. He has thrown 22 touchdowns and one interception in his last eight games. The 27-year-old is relying more on his arm than his legs and leads all QBs in fantasy points. However, he could be in for another subpar day (by his standards) this Sunday, as Pittsburgh has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs in 2024.
