The second-year LSU product still isn't a top recommendation for fantasy lineups, but he should at least continue to generate some buzz and is worth monitoring going forward. His next chance to turn heads is this Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams, who have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to wide receivers. Boutte currently ranks as a low-end WR4.

Fantasy managers can't quite depend on him in fantasy football yet, but he's worth monitoring after playing 97 percent of snaps and catching four passes (both career-highs) on Sunday. Next up, he'll face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11.

The Titans have allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers who play out wide, like Boutte. The second-year receiver also has to deal with uncertainty at the quarterback position where Drake Maye (concussion) is listed as questionable.

Although Boutte did have an impressive game, it still wasn't enough to justify starting him in fantasy football. At best, he's a low-end bench option given the Patriots' subpar offense. He'll now get ready for Week 9 against the Titans.

Despite that big play and increase in snaps, Boutte has been held to just four catches over the last two games. This week, he faces the New York Jets, who have been impressive against non-slot receivers this year. Still, they did get ripped apart by George Pickens last week, showing susceptibility to surrendering big plays. Boutte has big-play upside, so it's just a matter of him shaking a defender and creating an opportunity for himself. Until he can do that on a more consistent basis, though, he'll remain off the fantasy radar.
