Green Bay Packers kicker Brayden Narveson was perfect on the day in the Packers' 30-14 victory against the Titans in Week 3. Narveson booted home all three field goal attempts from 21, 26, and 47 yards and converted all three extra-point attempts. The Packers' offense is plenty potent enough no matter who is starting at quarterback, which is always a great thing for fantasy kickers. With three consecutive double-digit fantasy scoring games to start his NFL career, Narveson is quickly ascending the ranks of fantasy kickers and should now be considered a solid starting option going forward.
Green Bay Packers kicker Brayden Narveson has been a top-12 fantasy kicker in his first two starts in the NFL, but can he make it a third straight? He'll head with the Packers to Tennessee to play the Titans in Week 3 and has put up 11 and 12 fantasy points against the Eagles and Colts. He's made three field goals in both starts, while also missing one field goal. Narveson has not missed an extra point attempt this season and the Packers could be a sneaky offense to get him into field goal position to knock a couple field goals through. The outlook for the Packers looks much better if Jordan Love (knee) can shake his questionable tag and play in Week 3, but even if the starter is Malik Willis, Narveson should be at worst a streaming option at kicker. Just know the floor for Narveson is very low if the wheels fall off for either quarterback.
Green Bay Packers kicker Brayden Narveson had a solid day at the office in his first game at Lambeau Field since being picked up by the Packers after the preseason. In the Packers' 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2, Narveson booted three field goals from distances of 46, 42, and 34, plus an extra point on the Packers' lone touchdown of the day in the first quarter. Narveson also missed a field goal attempt from 45 yards wide right toward the end of the fourth quarter. With Narveson making 6-of-8 field goals on the season, he's starting to make some waves in fantasy football. If you need a kicker in a pinch, the Packers play the Tennessee Titans in Week 3, you can do much worse than Narveson, who has been advertised in his short career. The Packers should need Narveson's services in Week 3, so consider him a low-end streaming option at the position.
Green Bay Packers kicker Brayden Narveson was a busy kicker in Brazil against the Philadelphia Eagles, booting home three of four field-goal attempts and knocking in both extra-point attempts. With the Packers' offense downgraded as a whole with quarterback Jordan Love (knee) likely out and Malik Willis in as the likely starting quarterback, the kicking game could find field position in the opponent's end a bit harder to come by. That said, Narveson did look the part on several pressure kicks, so he will have to make the opportunities he does get count. As far as fantasy goes, Narveson is still very much down in the lowest tier of kickers, as many have better situations and are safer options in terms of consistency and opportunity.
Green Bay Packers kicker Brayden Narveson made his NFL debut for the team in the Packers' 34-29 defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1. Narveson made three of his four field goal attempts from 31, 23, and 26 yards. The lone miss came from 43 yards out when Narveson hit the upright. He also made both extra-point attempts on the night. With the Packers offense moving the ball solidly, Narveson did look the part in a unique environment for an NFL debut in Brazil. The Packers' rookie kicker should remain on the waiver wire in fantasy, as Narveson is still a bit risky to trust in your lineups for Week 2 against the Indianapolis Colts at home. Still, his fantasy outlook going forward has brightened a bit in a pressure-packed game with a national spotlight.
