Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) is off the injury report and good to go for Sunday's divisional battle against the Dallas Cowboys. Brown left last weekend's game early with a knee injury and logged a limited practice session on Wednesday. However, he was then upgraded to full participation on Thursday and remained in the same status on Friday. During Weeks 6 through 8, Brown found the back of the end zone twice and averaged an impressive 96.3 yards and 19.0 PPR points per game during this stretch. Fantasy managers should lock the former Ole Miss product into their lineups as a high-end WR1 this weekend facing a Dallas defense who has allowed the 16th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season.
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (hamstring) is off the injury report and expected to return to action in Week 10 to face the Dallas Cowboys. Goedert has been sidelined since sustaining a hamstring injury in the opening quarter during their Week 6 tilt against the Cleveland Browns. In his absence, Grant Calcaterra has been deployed as the No.1 tight end. Before the injury, Goedert averaged an impressive 75.3 yards and 13.5 PPR points per game throughout the first four weeks. Fantasy managers should feel confident inserting Goedert back into their lineup as a safe TE1.
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) said on Friday that he'll be fine for the Week 10 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Smith appears to have suffered a minor hamstring injury during last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was a non-participant during Wednesday's practice before getting in a limited session on Thursday. Smith doesn't seem to be worried about the injury, so fantasy managers should expect to see him out there. He can be plugged in as a solid WR2 for this divisional matchup with Dallas.UPDATE: Smith was officially cleared to play in Week 10.
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (ankle) is reportedly dealing with a potential ankle injury, according to Brandon Lee Gowton. Hurts was sidelined during Wednesday's practice due to rest, but head coach Nick Sirianni expressed he was dealing with an ankle injury while talking to the media. However, Sirianni then quickly clarified his statement and emphasized that he misunderstood the question and his absence was strictly rest-related. Seeing that Hurts returned to a full participant on Thursday suggests that this injury is very minor. Fantasy managers should expect Hurts to suit up on Sunday to face the Dallas Cowboys. The 26-year-old should be viewed as a high-end QB1, as he has scored over 30 PPR points in each of his past two games.
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (hamstring) practiced in full for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Goedert injured his hamstring in Week 6 against the Cleveland Browns and hasn't played since, but he's been practicing in full this week and appears to be on track to return to action against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys this Sunday in Week 10. It means that Grant Calcaterra is set to go back to backup duties at the position. Although he hasn't played in several weeks, if Goedert is active, he'll be back in play for fantasy managers as a low-end TE1/high-end TE2, especially if receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is out or limited. Goedert is tied for 10th among TEs with 8.4 half-PPR points per game in only five games this year, catching 24 of his 29 targets for 301 yards and no touchdowns. The Cowboys have been a top-12 matchup for opposing TEs the last three weeks in fantasy.
