Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Josh Reynolds signed a two-year deal worth up to $14 million with the Denver Broncos on Wednesday, according to a source. The Broncos have been one of the most quiet teams in free agency this year, with Reynolds being their biggest addition by far. The 29-year-old will help replace Jerry Jeudy, who was traded to the Cleveland Browns. Reynolds caught 40 of his 64 targets last year in Detroit for 608 yards and five touchdowns in 17 regular-season games. Courtland Sutton will remain Denver's unquestioned No. 1 wideout, but Reynolds has a chance to be their No. 2 if he can beat out Tim Patrick (Achilles) and Marvin Mims Jr. in training camp. With either quarterback Jarrett Stidham or a rookie running the Broncos' offense in 2024, there won't be much fantasy upside for Reynolds in his new home.

There's a chance that quarterback Zach Wilson could end up staying with the New York Jets in 2024. "If we don't trade him, we're going to keep him," owner Woody Johnson said. The Jets gave Wilson and his representatives permission to seek a trade last month, but with the rest of the league already making moves to acquire other QBs ahead of next month's NFL draft, the demand for Wilson has been non-existent this offseason. If the Jets do end up trading Wilson, they'll basically be giving him away. The former No. 2 overall pick in 2021 out of BYU has fallen flat in his three NFL seasons and was benched in 2023 after throwing for 2,271 yards, eight touchdowns and seen picks in 12 games (11 starts) after Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) got hurt. The Jets already signed veteran Tyrod Taylor to serve as Rodgers' backup in 2024.

For now, quarterback Jarrett Stidham is the Denver Broncos' potential starter in 2024, but head coach Sean Payton declined to say Stidham was in the top position for the job. "He's definitely competing to be the starter," Payton said. "I don't think we have a term 'driver's seat' really. But he is going to compete for that position. I know he's anxious and excited to do that, and I'm sure there will be other candidates that will be competing with him." Stidham and Ben DiNucci are the only QBs on the current roster after the team released Russell Wilson this offseason, but the Broncos are a candidate to trade up in the first round of next month's draft for a potential franchise signal-caller. Stidham has flashed some potential late the last two years with the Raiders and Broncos, but not enough for him to be outright named the starter this offseason.

Former Notre Dame running back Audric Estime is an intriguing prospect in this April's draft class, but his 4.71 40-yard dash at the 2024 NFL Combine was a concerning sign for his stock. However, NFL scouts clocked him between a 4.56 and 4.59 40-time at the school's Pro Day. While most NFL teams might rely on the laser time at the combine, his improved run can only help his status and draft value. Estime rushed 210 times for 1,341 yards and caught 17 passes for 142 yards in 2023 to go along with 18 total touchdowns in his final season with the Irish. The 221-pounder is a physical runner with burst and strength, but his speed concerns could make him fall into the late rounds next month. He will likely be a second or third-round selection in upcoming rookie dynasty drafts.

Free-agent wide receiver Josh Reynolds is visiting with the Baltimore Ravens on Friday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The 29-year-old had one of the best seasons of his career last year with the Detroit Lions, racking up 40 receptions for 608 yards and five touchdowns. Reynolds was originally a fourth-round pick by the Los Angeles Rams in 2017, and outside of five games with the Tennessee Titans in 2021, he has spent his entire career with quarterback Jared Goff. Overall, the Texas A&M product has 220 receptions for 2,933 yards and 19 touchdowns through his first 107 NFL games. The Ravens are looking to upgrade from what Odell Beckham Jr. and Rashod Bateman gave them at wideout last year, so Reynolds makes sense as a potential WR2 or WR3 for Lamar Jackson.
