Mark Andrews Quiet In Return To The Field

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews made his long-awaited return in the AFC Championship game after being sidelined since Week 11. He was on a snap count, so it was going to be difficult to post a big game. Andrews ended the game with two catches for 15 yards on two targets. He only posted one other game with fewer than four targets, and that was the game he was injured in against the Cincinnati Bengals. The former All-Pro played in the fewest games of his career this season so that translated to career lows in a lot of the receiving categories. Two years still remain on his contract, so he'll have an off-season to get his ankle stronger and get back to All-Pro form. He'll remain a higher-end draft target next season as well.

Justice Hill Sees Seven Targets Against Chiefs

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill saw more work in the passing game compared to the run game yet again in their seven-point loss in the AFC Championship game. Hill only received three carries which he turned into three yards. He also received seven targets in which he caught four of them for 34 yards. Since the Ravens abandoned the run game early on, he didn't get many opportunities to get into a rhythm on the ground. His routes mainly consisted of screen passes and checkdowns, so he wasn't seeing many big plays either. Hill remained inconsistent this season, but he saw career highs in almost every category across the board both on the ground and through the air. If he isn't within the top two on the depth chart next year, he likely won't be worth a draft pick in redraft fantasy leagues.

Isaiah Likely Quiet In Loss To Chiefs

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely split time with Mark Andrews after he was cleared to play his first game since Week 11. Andrews was on a snap count, however, so Likely still acted as the TE1 in this matchup. In the end, he only registered 16 yards while catching two of his three targets. Likely was playing some high-level football during the stretch that Andrews was sidelined. The 23-year-old still has two years remaining on his contract, as does Andrews, so if he continues to improve while splitting time with one of the best tight ends in the game, he'll probably take over once Andrews' contract is up. In the meantime, he'll remain a very late draft pick, if selected at all, in redraft leagues, but has a good bit of value in dynasty formats.

Zay Flowers Produces Mixed Results In AFC Championship Loss

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers made big plays and even bigger mistakes in the 17-10 AFC Championship loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. For a rookie, however, this was quite the performance. He hauled in five of his eight receptions for 115 yards and a touchdown while receiving two carries that went for four yards. After hauling in a huge 54-yard pass, he cost the offense 15 yards on a taunting penalty and then a few plays later fumbled the ball into the end zone while trying to dive for the goal line. Those mistakes changed the momentum and direction of the game in a big way. In the end, it was the result of a rookie who didn't have experience in an emotional and physical game like that. He'll remain one of their biggest weapons next year and will likely go higher in fantasy drafts as compared to this season.

Lamar Jackson Ends The Season In Disappointing Fashion

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson entered the AFC Championship game on a hot streak after lighting up the Houston Texans for four total scores and 252 total yards. Unfortunately, the Kansas City Chiefs defense kept Jackson in check all game long and forced him into two key turnovers at big points in the game. Jackson finished the game with 272 yards through the air while completing 20 out of his 37 attempts for one touchdown and one interception. He also registered 54 yards on eight carries with one fumble from a strip sack. He was unable to get much of a rhythm against one of the best passing defenses in the league and the game plan went far away from the run. He remains the likely winner for the MVP this year and Jackson cashed in another big-time season. After his first-ever AFC Championship experience, he'll try to correct his postseason mistakes next year.
