But fantasy managers could be without him beyond Wednesday evening. If that's the case, Julian Phillips and Jalen Smith could be in line for more work. Torrey Craig may also see more minutes than usual.

However, Karnisovas said the discomfort wasn't related to Williams' foot surgery, and the 23-year-old has been cleared for training camp. Williams has offered solid but unspectacular production as a starter in Chicago. He averaged 10.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists across 27.3 minutes last season.
