Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kyle Anderson (knee) has been listed as doubtful on Friday while he suffers from a left knee sprain. The 30-year-old wasn't able to play in their last game either and it looks like his inactive streak will at least stretch to two games. Anderson's playing time has dwindled this season which has led to his contributions not amounting to that much fantasy relevance. He currently averages 6.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.3 turnovers per game. While he sits out against the Sacramento Kings, fantasy managers can expect Jaden McDaniels to see more opportunities with the starting five while Naz Reid and Nickeil Alexander-Walker both see over 20 minutes off of the bench.

After making an early exit Tuesday versus San Antonio with a hamstring issue, he sits out the action with a sprained left knee. The Timberwolves frontcourt gets Karl-Anthony Towns (personal) back on Wednesday but could also be without Rudy Gobert (ankle). It's a sign for fantasy managers to hop on the Naz Reid train. Reid had one of his best offensive games of the season on Tuesday with a 22-point effort and added six rebounds to his line with plenty of defensive stats.

The team is calling the issue left hamstring soreness, so hopefully it's not something that will sideline Anderson for too long. In the meantime, Naz Reid should see a larger role off the bench.
