The former Celtic is troubled by a lower back contusion, but it looks like he will be able to play through the ailment. Williams has been in the lineup for eight consecutive games for the Hornets, and he's found a new lease of life in Charlotte following his disappointing stint in Dallas. Williams has averaged 13.9 points and 4.9 rebounds in 28.1 minutes with the Hornets while leading the second unit. However, Friday's game might not be a good matchup for him because Philadelphia has a good defensive record against opposing benches, with only six teams having allowed fewer bench points.

Lowry remains away from the team, meaning they could still be working toward a buyout. With LaMelo Ball (ankle) and Mark Williams (back) on the shelf, Charlotte is going to be razor-thin both inside and out on Friday. The offense will center around Miles Bridges and Brandon Miller, but it's a nightmarish draw against a Bucks team that was just blown out on their home floor on Thursday.

Dallas Mavericks forward Grant Williams will move into the starting five ahead of Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns. The Mavs are without star guard Kyrie Irving (thumb) for this game. As a result, Williams will get the start to try and fill the void left by Irving. He's a decent 3-and-D player, but probably won't do enough to warrant streaming in most fantasy formats. Tim Hardaway Jr. is the better fantasy option even with him coming off the bench.

Dallas Mavericks forward Grant Williams (ankle) is expected to be in the lineup Saturday against New Orleans, with the team listing him as probable on the injury report. Williams has been battling through a right ankle sprain and appears to be ready to continue doing so on Saturday versus Zion Williamson and his crew. The 25-year-old will enter the battle off the back of one of his better outings as a Maverick, as Williams notched 11 points, six rebounds, and three assists with one block in Thursday's win over the Knicks. Despite his injury, Williams logged 27 minutes on Thursday, which marks his largest workload in six appearances.

He's played in the past two games despite being on the injury report with a right ankle sprain, although Williams was limited to only seven minutes on Tuesday against the Grizzlies. The 25-year-old made a good start to his Mavericks career, but he's been quiet for quite a bit now, and it's difficult for Williams to please fantasy managers in a reserve role.
