Cincinnati has given up plenty of production through the air this season and has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. For what it's worth, Freiermuth has played quite well against the Bengals throughout his career and posted a career-high 120 receiving yards against them in Week 12 of the 2023 campaign. He is an intriguing fantasy streaming candidate in this matchup, but with no teams on bye this week, there are likely better options available for starting lineups.

He'll look to earn more opportunities against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12.

Freiermuth does not seem to have a reliable role in Pittsburgh's offense with quarterback Russell Wilson targeting fellow tight end Darnell Washington twice more than Freiermuth since taking over for Justin Fields in Week 7. Even with a few big names on bye this week, fantasy managers should not rely on Freiermuth as there are likely better replacement options available on waivers.

Fantasy managers who drafted Freiermuth likely aren't still relying on him at this point in the season. He can be dropped in most redraft formats and should not be viewed as a viable option against the Cleveland Browns in Week 12.
