Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry cooled off a bit over the last couple of weeks compared to his huge outputs through the first nine weeks. He's gone up against solid defensive units and will try to find some running room against even better ones over the next two weeks. In Week 12, the Ravens take on the Los Angeles Chargers who are the third toughest team against backfields. They only allow 14.6 fantasy points per game to opposing running back groups in half-PPR formats. While Henry remains a must-start, fantasy managers may want to temper expectations in this matchup since he could end up around a low-end RB1.

The good news is that Henry did find the end zone while accumulating 65 yards on 13 carries. He also registered his third fumble of the season, however, which brought his total to just barely hitting double-digits. Since the offense was kept in check the entire game, the Ravens also had to abandon the run late in the game. Henry's next opportunity to break off some bigger runs will be against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 12.

Even though Saquon Barkley is the current rushing leader after Thursday night, Henry has two more touchdowns, a higher yards per attempt average, and sits at RB1 on the season. In Week 11, he'll go up against the Pittsburgh Steelers who give up an average of 19.0 fantasy points per game to opposing backfields in half-PPR formats. They've allowed the fourth-fewest rushing yards in the league and only seven rushing touchdowns all season. Henry still boasts RB1 potential, however, because the Steelers are more stout against the passing game, so the game plan will likely go through the backfield.

Luckily, Henry scored on a goalline run towards the end of the third quarter and salvaged his fantasy week for many managers. He ended the game with 68 yards and one score on 16 carries with one reception for three yards. The only threat to Henry's fantasy output is the defense allowing tons of points to force games into a shootout. He'll try to find some running room against the Steelers in Week 11.

The King faces off against the Cincinnati Bengals in a short week, but the last time these two teams faced off, Henry was able to find the end zone while compiling 92 yards on 15 carries. The game turned into a shootout, so he wasn't involved the whole way through. While that could happen again, Henry receives opportunities early and often, and he has a solid history on Thursday night as he's registered 685 yards and nine touchdowns on 134 carries in eight career Thursday night games.
