Tyreek Hill Not At Thursday's Practice

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (ankle, personal) was not present at practice on Thursday. Hill was listed as limited for the first practice of the week on Wednesday. As long as the Cheetah returns to practice on Friday, he should be ready to play on Sunday night in a big divisional clash against the visiting Buffalo Bills in which the winner will take the AFC East title. The 29-year-old speedster somewhat disappointed with Jaylen Waddle (ankle) sitting out in last week's blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens, as he had six receptions for 76 yards on 12 targets. Even if Waddle is able to return in Week 18, Hill should be heavily targeted yet again and will be a must-start for fantasy managers still competing for a championship.

De'Von Achane Still Managing Multiple Injuries

Miami Dolphins rookie running back De'Von Achane (ribs, toe) continues to manage multiple injuries and was limited in Wednesday's practice. Achane is dealing with a new rib issue while playing through a toe injury in recent weeks. The explosive rookie was Miami's backfield leader in the Week 17 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens, carrying the ball 14 times for 107 yards while catching four of his five targets for 30 yards and a touchdown. Achane's fantasy value for the Week 18 divisional clash against the Buffalo Bills will all depend on whether Raheem Mostert (ankle, knee) is able to return. The rookie could once again be Miami's lead ball-carrier even if Mostert is available on Sunday night. In Week 4 against the Bills, Achane had eight carries for 101 yards and two touchdowns, so he'll be an upside RB2 for fantasy managers this weekend.

Tyreek Hill Limited On Wednesday

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (ankle, personal) was listed as a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. Hill hasn't scored in the last two weeks since returning from a one-game absence due to a tweaked ankle, but he's still caught 15 passes for 175 yards on 26 targets. He was a bit disappointing for his standards in last week's blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens, catching six passes for 76 yards, especially with fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle (ankle) inactive. The Cheetah shouldn't have any problem playing in a huge Week 18 contest against the Buffalo Bills in a game that will decide the winner of the AFC East. The 29-year-old leading receiver in the NFL is a must-start in all fantasy lineups. Hill had a season-low three catches for 58 yards in the first meeting against Buffalo in Week 4, but we'd expect better numbers in this one.

Raheem Mostert Missing From Practice Wednesday

Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (ankle, knee) was not at practice for the first session of the week on Wednesday. Mostert is a question mark for a huge Week 18 contest against the division-rival Buffalo Bills this Sunday night after sitting out the Week 17 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He's going to need to get back to practice later this week to have a shot at returning, and if he's eventually listed as questionable on Friday, he'll create a tough decision for fantasy managers that are still playing for a championship. The 31-year-old has 21 total touchdowns on the year, but even if he's active, he could yield important backfield touches to rookie De'Von Achane and Jeff Wilson Jr. Mostert is currently shaping up as a volatile RB3/flex to close out the regular season.

Tyler Huntley To Start In Week 18, Lamar Jackson To Be Rested

The Baltimore Ravens will rest quarterback Lamar Jackson, the MVP front-runner, for the Week 18 regular season finale this Saturday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Ravens are already locked into the top overall seed in the AFC and will have a first-round bye in the playoffs. The next time they'll be a full-go will be in the Divisional Round on Jan. 20/21. Tyler Huntley will make his first start of the season in this weekend's game against a Steelers team that is still fighting for a wild-card spot. Jackson may not be the only offensive starter the Ravens choose to rest in this one, so Huntley may be working with limited weapons in a tough matchup against the Steelers. The 25-year-old will be a low-end QB2 option for fantasy managers in superflex leagues that are still playing for a title.
