Zay Flowers Listed As DNP Tuesday

Baltimore Ravens rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers (calf) was listed as a non-participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report. Flowers missed two practices last week before returning to practice on Friday and playing in the Week 17 blowout win over the Miami Dolphins, where he did not look injured at all on his way to three catches for 106 yards and a touchdown. The 23-year-old wasn't believed to have suffered any kind of setback with his calf last Sunday, so he should return to practice later this week and be ready to play in Week 18 against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday. However, now that the Ravens have locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a first-round bye in the playoffs, there's no telling who they might be looking to rest in a meaningless game for them in Week 18.

Ravens Unsure If Lamar Jackson Will Play In Week 18

The Baltimore Ravens have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a first-round bye in the postseason, so they have nothing left to play for in Week 18 of the regular season versus the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Head coach John Harbaugh said he has not decided if quarterback Lamar Jackson, the MVP favorite, and other key starters will play on Saturday against Pittsburgh. If Jackson and other starters are given Week 18 off, they will go three weeks between games. Jackson didn't play in the regular season finale in 2019 and the Ravens ended up losing to the Tennessee Titans in the divisional round of the playoffs two weeks later. The 26-year-old is currently the QB3 in overall fantasy points and has been excellent for his managers in four games since the team's Week 13 bye. If he is given the week off, Tyler Huntley would make the start against the Steelers.

Justice Hill Goes Off In Week 17

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill had his best game of the season and put up almost 20 half-PPR fantasy points in the 56-19 blowout win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 17. Hill only saw three carries but gained 48 yards on the ground (16.0 average) while adding a season-high five catches on five targets for a season-high 64 receiving yards and a touchdown. In addition to his work on offense, the 26-year-old had 101 return yards on two kickoffs. Teammate Gus Edwards had 16 rushing attempts for 68 yards and also found the end zone on the ground. It was a nice showing for Hill, but he'll be a volatile fantasy option in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers now that Baltimore has locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a first-round bye.

Isaiah Likely Flashes Brilliance On Two Scores

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely erupted in Sunday's 56-19 decimation of the Miami Dolphins, catching two of his three passes for 42 yards and two touchdowns. Likely's first score was an awesome one-handed catch on the run for 35 yards to close out a 28-point first half for the Ravens, and his second TD was of the shorter variety from seven yards out in the third quarter. The highly talented 23-year-old has been incredibly hit or miss in his career without Mark Andrews (ankle) in the lineup, but he's averaging 3.8 catches on 5.2 targets for 58.2 yards with four total scores over his prior five contests, with at least 40 yards in each game. Likely has looked like a diamond in the rough for the past two years, but he could be starting to polish into a more consistent contributor. If Andrews is unable to make a return during Baltimore's postseason, Likely should have a very important role to fill during their run.

Zay Flowers Gets Loose For First 100-Yard Day

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers satisfied his fantasy managers on just one play in Week 17's 56-19 rout of the Miami Dolphins, sprinting deep down the field for a 75-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Flowers closed with three receptions for a career-high 106 yards, so it could have been an entirely different scenario had he not beaten Miami's banged-up secondary for a house call. All told, however, the 23-year-old rookie first-rounder put a bow on a successful campaign despite some expected ups and downs. Flowers' regular season may be finished, since the Ravens nabbed the No. 1 seed in the AFC with Sunday's win. Depending on Mark Andrews' (ankle) availability, MVP candidate Lamar Jackson is likely going to rely on Flowers as the top target in Baltimore's passing game during at least the early portion of the postseason.
