The 25-year-old has had a difficult season, playing in just 27 of the team's 64 games because of injury woes. Fultz tweaked his knee in Friday's game against the New York Knicks and has had issues with it throughout the season. Orlando's starting point guard, Jalen Suggs (thigh), is also listed as questionable to add more concern for Sunday's game. Cole Anthony, Gary Harris, and Anthony Black are the key Magic players to get increased time and usage if Fultz is forced to miss the game.

Cole Anthony should see an uptick in minutes as a boom-or-bust fantasy option against a Hornets team that holds the third-worst defensive efficiency rating (117.1) in the league, and through his past 10 showings, he's averaging 10.6 points, 4.2 boards, 2.9 dimes, and 1.0 three-pointers during 22.1 minutes per contest.

With health factoring in, the 25-year-old seems to be falling out of favor in Orlando, so fantasy managers are better off looking elsewhere for the long term. As he's sidelined, Gary Harris, Jalen Suggs, and Anthony Black should continue to see most of the opportunities in the backcourt.
