Chicago Bulls forward Jalen Smith (knee) is listed as questionable for Friday night's matchup against the Brooklyn Nets. Smith is dealing with left knee soreness that kept him out of Chicago's most recent game against Memphis on Wednesday night. Smith has been decently effective when active, averaging 11.5 PPG in 13.7 minutes while shooting 57.1% from three. If he's unable to suit up on Friday the beneficiary of more playing time is likely to be Patrick Williams. Though already in the starting lineup, Williams should see a boost in minutes and potentially more opportunities from deep, especially if teammate Zach LaVine is also unable to suit up.

Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo Ball (wrist) will be sidelined for at least 10 days. He's dealing with a sprained wrist and will be re-evaluated in 10 days, the team announced. Ball has averaged 4.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 3.7 assists in 15.7 minutes during his comeback campaign. Ayo Dosunmu looks to be in line for a larger role during Ball's absence. Some horrible shooting has limited Dosunmu to just 5.8 points this campaign, but he's a good all-around talent and fantasy managers should get plenty out of him. The 24-year-old sits among the team leaders with 5.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists.

Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (knee) will likely be a mainstay on the injury report this year as he's returning from a two-and-a-half season break from basketball due to injury. He's listed as available, however, for their game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday. The only game he's missed so far was one half of a back-to-back so he could be considered a streaming option in regular games once he's able to spend some more time on the floor. He's more of an option in very deep leagues at the moment.

San Antonio Spurs guard Tre Jones (ankle) suffered a right ankle sprain during the team's season opener and has been ruled out for both games against the Houston Rockets. Over the weekend, head coach Gregg Popovich said that Jones could be out for as long as two weeks. Stephon Castle will likely see some added minutes while Chris Paul should be in the game more often too. With Devin Vassell (foot) still out, Malakhi Branham could see some opportunities as well.

Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (injury maintenance) is available for Saturday's meeting with OKC. Ball played in his first game in years on Wednesday versus the Pelicans, amassing five points, four assists, and two rebounds in 14 minutes. But he didn't suit up on Friday against Milwaukee, the first of back-to-back contests. This will likely be the norm for the 26-year-old for the foreseeable future. It will also take more time for Ball to get enough minutes to be relevant for fantasy managers.
