The former first-round pick is recovering from a torn ACL but has progressed nicely and is not expected to have any limitations going forward. Injuries have been an issue for Jones in the past, but he should benefit from a rebuilt offensive line and receiver corps in 2024. Their most notable addition was Malik Nabers, the standout LSU receiver selected sixth overall in April's draft. While it's still too early to label the Giants as contenders or argue that Jones' massive extension was worth it, we can at least find some optimism in the fact that Jones will be a full-go coming out of this offseason. His modest running ability allows him to rank as a low-end QB2 option heading into 2024 fantasy drafts.

However, Schoen confirmed it. The 27-year-old will either sink or swim this season, and his dynasty-league value for fantasy football could see an uptick or crater to nearly zero. His pass-catching group of Malik Nabers, Jalin Hyatt, Wan'Dale Robinson, Darius Slayton, Daniel Bellinger, and Theo Johnson isn't pretty on paper, but he could be playing behind the best offensive line of his career heading into a pivotal season.

The former Duke Blue Devil is going around the QB29 spot, and he can easily push for low-end QB2 production if his rushing upside isn't zapped by his knee injury. He rushed for 708 yards and seven touchdowns in his last full season (2022). If Jones has another disastrous campaign, the G-Men will likely replace him in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Before getting hurt last year, Jones threw for 909 yards, two touchdowns and six interceptions, but he didn't have much of a chance behind a terrible offensive line. Jones has already been taking part in OTAs and should have full clearance by training camp. At best, Jones is a No. 2 fantasy QB in superflex leagues for his rushing ability.
