Phoenix Suns guard/forward Eric Gordon (knee) will return from a two-game absence on Friday versus Charlotte. The veteran sniper has recovered from a left knee contusion. Gordon's addition boosts the quality of Phoenix's second unit, which remains without Josh Okogie (abdomen). The 2017 NBA Sixth Man of the Year has been in a shooting slump lately, but a meeting with a team that gives up 117.0 points per game and allows the opposition to make 13.4 threes a night will put Gordon in a good spot for a bounce-back performance.

He's gone through a very rough three-game stretch, so having some time off might actually do good for Gordon, who went scoreless in 29 minutes against the Celtics and has made only three of his last 17 shot attempts. Gordon's exit from the lineup will coincide with the likely return of Devin Booker (ankle), who will grab his minutes and then some.

He will be joined by Nassir Little (knee) during Saturday's game. The absence of Gordon should mean more playing time for Royce O'Neale. He'll be bounced to the second unit with Bradley Beal back in the picture. O'Neale won't be as appealing off the bench, but should still have some streaming value in deep leagues.
