Soler has struggled in his first season with the Giants but has improved over the past month, with four of his 10 homers on the year and 16 of his 32 RBI. Fantasy managers that remained patient with the slugger are finally starting to see results, and his buy-low window continues to get smaller by the day. For the season, Soler is hitting .229, but this past month is more indicative of what fantasy managers should expect the rest of the way. Those seeking power should consider targeting Soler as he continues to trend up.

San Francisco Giants outfielder Jorge Soler finally got his bat going during Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Angels. The veteran slugger went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and four RBI in the blowout victory. It has been a slow start for Soler but the four RBI and three runs scored were both season highs for him. He's slashing .224/.309/.383 which isn't ideal but the Giants are committed to him as the everyday DH.

The home run was the slugger's seventh of the season, but surely the Giants were hoping for more after coming off a 2023 season in which he belted 36 home runs with a 15.0% Barrel%. This season the 32-year-old has a 7.7% Barrel%, his lowest number since 2017. Hopefully he's just heating up, though, as the former All-Star is 7-for-20 (.350) with just one strikeout over his last five games.
