Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that wide receiver Samori Toure (knee) initially injured his knee on a fumbled punt return and then hurt it again when he had to jump high for a pass from quarterback Jordan Love and cam down awkwardly on the same leg in the Week 17 win over the Minnesota Vikings. "He'll be down for a while," LaFleur said. The 25-year-old was placed on Injured Reserve on Wednesday and is unlikely to return this season, even if the Packers win in Week 18 against the Chicago Bears and advance to the postseason. He was spotted using crutches on Wednesday. Toure would be eligible to return only if Green Bay advances to the Super Bowl. The former seventh-rounder in 2022 wasn't anywhere near the fantasy radar this year, catching eight passes for 78 yards and no scores.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield (ribs) is dressed and practicing on Thursday after being listed as a DNP on Wednesday. He warmed up with his teammates and was throwing a little bit. Mayfield will likely be listed as limited during Thursday's session, which puts him on track to be able to play in a must-win game this Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. The 28-year-old had a down week in last Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints, which put an end to a two-game hot streak for Mayfield and the Bucs' offense. He doesn't have the greatest matchup in Week 18 on the road against Carolina, but with several high-end fantasy QBs being rested in the final week of the regular season, Mayfield will have streaming appeal for fantasy managers that are still playing for a championship. Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Trey Palmer (hip) was a limited participant in Wednesday's team practice. Palmer appears to be tending to a hip issue that he suffered last week against the New Orleans Saints. The rookie wideout is coming off his best game of the season, catching four passes for a career-high 84 yards and one touchdown. He'll have two more chances to upgrade his practice status before the Buccaneers take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 18. Palmer doesn't provide much value this weekend in both DFS contests and season-long formats. However, he has seen at least five targets in back-to-back games.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings (concussion) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Jennings hadn't practiced in any capacity since suffering a concussion in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals. So, his limited practice to start the week is a good sign for his availability in Week 18 against the Los Angeles Rams. However, it remains to be seen how the 49ers plan to attack this weekend. With the team already locked into the top spot in the NFC, several key players like Brock Purdy (rest) and Christian McCaffrey (calf) have already been ruled out. With Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk possibly seeing limited snaps as well, Jennings could see a bigger role if active in Week 18.

New York Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard (illness) was a full participant in Wednesday's team practice. Lazard missed last week's game against the Cleveland Browns with an illness. But he appears to be past it as he enters Week 18 against the New England Patriots fully healthy. The 28-year-old has had a rough first season with the Jets, catching just 23 passes for 311 yards and one touchdown. He also has only caught one pass since Week 11. With that in mind, Lazard should not be on anyone's fantasy radar this weekend in both season-long leagues and DFS contests.
